Notaire

Your role:

- Ability to manage and assume responsibility for files

- Draft legal opinions as well as notarial procedures and deeds

- Actively collaborate within the team on your mandates

- Develop strategies to adopt within your files and advise clients accordingly

Skills:

- 1 to 5 years of experience in real estate and estate law

- Member in good standing of the Chambre des notaires du Québec;

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

- Problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills

- Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English

- Proactive and independent
