WORK LOCATION: Evaluation administration, 1333 CHOMEDEY BLVD 5TH FLOOR A/S EVALUATION, ADMINISTRATION DIV. LAVAL H7V 3Y1
Under the authority of the division head, you will work as a certified evaluator in one and/or both fields of practice of your profession, as defined by the Ordre des évaluateurs agréés du Québec.
To this end, you will carry out any evaluation or appraisal mandate, negotiate any evaluation file with the taxpayer or their representative, draft any evaluation report, justification, studies, standards, procedures, project specifications, and simulation tests, and act as an expert witness in court.
If necessary, you will verify and control the data useful for defining your mandate, participate in multidisciplinary advisory committees, and advise and/or train staff within the scope of your responsibilities.
