Key Objectives

• Ensure timely and accurate entry of data into company databases and systems.

• Maintain data integrity by verifying and correcting information as needed.

• Support various departments by providing reliable data management assistance.

Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain data in internal systems with a high degree of accuracy.

• Review source documents for completeness and accuracy before data entry.

• Verify data by comparing it to source documents and resolving discrepancies.

• Organize and maintain electronic and paper files to ensure easy retrieval.

• Collaborate with team members to streamline data entry processes and improve efficiency.

• Report any data inconsistencies or errors to the relevant departments promptly.

• Adhere to company policies and data protection regulations at all times.

Requirements

• Proven experience in data entry or a similar administrative role.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.

• Familiarity with data management software and databases is a plus.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in administration or IT are advantageous.
