Working as an administrative agent for the City of Laval means having the opportunity:

  • to work 4 days a week: Annie has every Friday off to spend time with her family.
  • to develop your expertise within an innovative and growing organization: Bassel started as a temporary administrative agent in the Public Works Department and is now in a permanent position in the Buildings, Parks, and Public Spaces Department.
  • to start a career in the field of administration: Véronique began as a temporary administrative agent in the Human Resources Department and is now in a permanent position as a coordinator.
The challenges that await you

You will perform various secretarial and administrative tasks related to municipal activities. You may be called upon to:

  • Perform data entry;
  • Draft various documents (emails, letters, etc.);
  • Organize or archive files;
  • Serve as a receptionist;
  • Carry out administrative tasks in the field of accounting or payroll.
The ideal profile for us
  • Hold a diploma of vocational studies in secretarial work;
  • Have at least 1 year of experience in office work;
  • Ability to communicate in French both orally and in writing;
  • Proficient in Word and Excel software.
