Sommaire du poste

Sous la responsabilité du chef de service de la production, le soudeur assemble par fusion ou par apport de métal des parties ou éléments de pièces variées. Il utilise un ou plusieurs procédés de soudure d’après un plan ou un gabarit définit en appliquant les exigences des procédures des clients et les instructions de travail (« D.O.») de soudage.

Compétences et qualifications requises

Diplôme d’études professionnelles en soudage ou posséder une expérience pertinente équivalente.
Minimum d’un an expérience;
Toute autre expérience pertinente (GTWA);
Bonne acuité visuelle (Vision des couleurs);
Capacité à lire des plans et des devis techniques complexes;
Faire preuve d’une grande patience;
Faire preuve d’exactitude, de précision et d’une grande minutie;
Capacité à supporter la pression;
Capacité à effectuer une gestion des priorités efficaces;
Faire preuve d’autonomie et d’initiative.

Tâches et responsabilités

Lire et interpréter les plans et les spécifications techniques de soudage :
Utiliser des appareils manuels pour souder des pièces de métal, tel que des appareils de soudage à l’arc sous gaz avec électrode de tungstène (GTWA) ;
Savoir préparer et souder des pièces d’aluminium, de Stainless steels, de titanium et d’inconel selon différents procédés clients (soudage avec plug ou remplissage) ;
Effectuer des opérations de reprise ou de finition sur certaines pièces soudées ;
Réparer des pièces en y soudant des couches supplémentaires ;
Inspecter visuellement les gabarits de soudage ;
Utilisation d’un axe rotatif pour la soudure ;
Remplir le livre des suivis de soudure pour chaque bon de travail effectué ;
Nettoyer et brosser les pièces avant inspection.
Vérifier les soudures effectuées et contrôler la conformité des pièces selon le plan de fabrication.
Réaliser la qualification sur chacun des produits (approbation génie test) et la qualification trimestrielle de chacun des procédés (Alu, SST, Titane).
Planifier l’ordre des travaux et anticiper le manque de tâches à effectuer.
Gérer l’inventaire (baguette, argon, tungstène, plug) et effectuer le prélèvement du matériel.
Contribuer au maintien et à l’amélioration du 6S dans le département.
Participer aux travaux d’amélioration continue et proposer des méthodes de travail optimisées.
Effectuer le test visuel requis annuellement.
