Superintendent

We are looking for a motivated Site Superintendent to join our growing team in Montreal.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing complex and technical construction sites, supervising a team of talented carpenters and select subcontractors, working closely with the Project Manager. These projects, both exciting and demanding, will push you to innovate and take risks to successfully complete ambitious projects. In addition to your supervisory responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to put your carpentry and joinery skills to good use.

What you'll do on a daily basis

• Provide technical support to the project team to ensure smooth execution and compliance with requirements, in an environment where precision and rigor are essential;
• Support foremen on a daily basis to ensure compliance with deadlines, safety standards, and the highest quality standards;
• Coordinate subcontracting teams on site, maintaining a spirit of collaboration and efficiency;
• Ensure rigorous quality control of work to ensure results meet expectations on complex projects;

What we're looking for

• Experience in renovation and/or new construction, in particularly on high-end and technical projects;
• Ability to read and understand plans independently and accurately;
• Sense of responsibility, reliability, and punctuality, with a genuine aptitude for teamwork;
• Proactivity, resourcefulness, and innovative spirit to meet daily challenges;
• Meticulousness and attention to detail, with a true passion for excellence in work;

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $85,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
