What you'll do on a daily basis
Technical Support: Ensure the proper operation of production equipment and make the necessary adjustments to ensure the quality and precision of parts.
CNC Programming: Develop, adjust, and optimize CNC programs (Mazatrol) for multi-axis machining centers, as well as make adjustments during startup or part changes.
Production Resources Management: Document changes made and ensure the availability of necessary tools, consumables, and machines.
Continuous Improvement: Contribute to various projects aimed at perfecting methods and processes. manufacturing.
Operations Optimization: Propose concrete solutions to increase operational performance, quality, and safety.
Diagnostics and Monitoring: Effectively identify and resolve technical issues while maintaining up-to-date documentation.
Tooling Development: Design or improve devices and equipment to simplify and optimize production tasks.
The Desired Profile
Education: Technical studies in mechanical engineering, electromechanics, machining, industrial engineering, or any combination of relevant experience.
Technical Skills: Experience in diagnostics, troubleshooting, and writing technical documentation.
Computer Skills: Knowledge of 3D design software (ideally SolidWorks) and proficiency with MS Office tools. Office.
Personal qualities: Autonomy, rigor, analytical skills, and a good ability to manage multiple priorities.
Additional knowledge: Machining processes, forming, and powder coating.
