Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Provide day-to-day guidance and oversight to a team of commercial brokers and/or support staff.

Workflow Management: Ensure efficient handling of renewals, endorsements, and client servicing activities.

Coaching & Development: Mentor team members, support onboarding, and foster ongoing professional development.

Operational Excellence: Maintain strong documentation standards and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.

Collaboration: Work closely with senior leadership and producers to support client retention and growth strategies.

Desired Skills:

Proven experience in a commercial insurance environment, with leadership or mentorship responsibilities.

Active RIBO license required.

Strong understanding of commercial lines processes and client servicing best practices.

Excellent communication skills and a collaborative leadership style.

Comfortable using broker management systems and related technologies.
