• A high‑performing sales professional with strong negotiation skills, excellent organization, and a natural talent for building relationships. 
• Technically inclined, ideally with experience in construction, timber engineering, or building materials. 
• Ready to travel across the Montréal region, meet clients, and grow your network — valid driver’s license required. 
• Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable in a fast‑evolving business environment. 
• Fluent in English; French is a strong asset.
