Club Floral is recruiting a delivery driver to support its customer service team.

Main Responsibilities:

• Participate in packing and preparing orders before delivery.
• Ensure the timely, efficient, and safe delivery of orders.
• Promptly communicate with the representative in case of delays, traffic, or any other unforeseen circumstances that may affect delivery.
• Communicate effectively and politely with customers and report any relevant information or comments to the representative or your manager.

Skills and Requirements:

• Must hold a valid Class 5 driver's license.
• Must be punctual and reliable. Punctuality.
• Responsible, self-reliant, and detail-oriented.
• Good sense of direction and a professional attitude towards clients.
• Ability to work under pressure and proactively handle unforeseen circumstances.
