Élaborer des campagnes de communication interne créatives et percutantes qui alignent les employé.e.s avec les objectifs stratégiques de l’entreprise
Appuyer l’équipe dans la gestion de projets externes liés à la marque employeur
Conseiller les parties prenantes sur les meilleures pratiques de communication interne et collaborer avec elles pour concevoir, mettre en œuvre et évaluer les stratégies, les campagnes et les plans de communication interne
Rédiger des contenus clairs, précis et engageants en s’assurant qu’ils sont adaptés aux audiences cibles et diffusés par les bons canaux (intranet, affichage numérique, courriel, vidéo)
Assurer la coordination avec les équipes techniques internes et externes (p. ex. équipe TI, agence de placement médias, graphiste)
