Your Main Responsibilities

• Management and Leadership: Supervise and coach a team of professional accountants with kindness and efficiency.
• Operational Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to Optimize processes and performance
• Talent Development: Ensure the ongoing training and professional growth of your team
• Technical Excellence: Oversee the preparation of financial statements and tax returns
• Quality and Compliance: Ensure the impeccable quality and compliance of all client files
• Client Relations: Maintain and develop privileged relationships with corporate clients

Your ideal profile

Required Qualifications

• Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation in good standing
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in professional accounting services
• Significant experience in team management OR strong potential become
• Extensive knowledge of Canadian accounting and tax standards
• Proficiency in accounting software
• Excellent command of the Office Suite
• Bilingualism an asset
