Job Description

We are looking for a Multi-skilled Technician to support the installation of our hybrid renewable energy systems. You will be responsible for the assembly department, participate in the design and testing of new products, and assist the research and development (RnD) department. This key position requires technical autonomy, an analytical mind, and a good proficiency with workshop tools.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out the complete assembly of systems according to electrical and mechanical schematics and diagrams.

  • Ensure the management of the assembly department and the smooth running of workshop projects.

  • Actively participate in the development, installation, and testing of new Li-Cube products and other hybrid solutions.

  • li data-start="1762" data-end="1853"> p data-start="1764" data-end="1853">Create remote site installations (outfitters, cabins, mining sites, etc.).

    li data-start="1854" data-end="1937"> p data-start="1856" data-end="1937">Use specialized tools: multimeter, measuring tools, workshop tools. li data-start="1938" data-end="2034"> p data-start="1940" data-end="2034">Perform
light manufacturing work (3D printing, laser engraving, welding, etc.).

Perform performance and diagnostic tests to ensure system quality.

Required profile

  • DEC in mechanical engineering, electromechanics, or equivalent training.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar technical position.

  • Comfortable in both French and English, both written and spoken Oral communication.

  • Excellent ability to read and interpret plans and diagrams.

  • Good knowledge of SolidWorks, AutoCAD software (an asset).

  • Analytical skills, autonomy, rigor, and a teamwork.

  • Comfort with IT tools (Office Suite).

  • Ability to work manually (tools, welding, manufacturing).
