Fire Alarm System Estimator

As an estimator, you will play a central role in the development of our clientele. You will offer personalized solutions, combining technical expertise, a sense of service, and a human approach.

Main Responsibilities:

• Accurately estimate projects for fire alarms, automatic sprinklers, and related systems.
• Analyze client requests, plans, specifications, and public or private calls for tenders.
• Advise clients on the solutions best suited to their needs.
• Promote our products and services with a consultative approach.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Ensure quality follow-up to ensure long-term satisfaction.
• Stay informed of technological developments in the field.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (technical and customer service).

Skills and Qualifications Wanted:

• Knowledge of fire alarm systems.
• Knowledge of sprinklers (an asset).
• Mastery of ULC, NFPA, and CNB standards, as well as site and service practices.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with rigor and autonomy.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Autonomy, team spirit, and results-oriented.
• Dynamic and motivated to achieve goals.
