As the Marketing Coordinator, you will provide day-to-day support to the asset management and marketing team across a variety of initiatives, including digital advertising, social media, content creation, and graphic design. You will assist in creating campaign assets, preparing reports, and ensuring our messaging is clear, consistent, and engaging.
This is a fast-paced and hands-on role ideal for a bilingual (French & English) marketing professional who is both creative and analytical.
Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Support the creation and execution of Google AdWords,Facebook ad and other campaigns, including preparing visuals, writing copy, setting up audiences, and tracking results.
- Assist in monitoring and analyzing campaign performance, identifying key trends and preparing reports with actionable insights.
- Design marketing materials such as brochures, social media graphics, signage, and digital ads using Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
- Assist with maintaining and updating websites, landing pages, and online listings.
- Support content creation for social media, newsletters, and internal communications.
- Help coordinate marketing calendars and event logistics.
- Liaise and coordinate with internal teams and external partners (vendors, media platforms).
- Keep digital asset libraries and marketing files organized and up to date.
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Digital Advertising, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in a marketing support role (co-ops and internships considered).
- Familiarity with Google AdWords, Meta Ads Manager, and digital campaign analytics tools.
- Basic understanding of paid media strategy, audience targeting, and performance tracking.
- Strong design skills and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) or Canva.
- Excellent communication skills in both French and English, written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of balancing multiple priorities.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of the real estate or property development industry is considered an asset.
