YOUR CHALLENGE IN PRACTICE:
Be responsible for marketing food products and taking orders. Your main responsibilities are to work closely with sales representatives to execute in-store promotions.
Reporting to the Sales Supervisor, you will have the following responsibilities, but are not limited to:
Apply merchandising and promotional plans
Optimize cross-merchandising and seize opportunities
Perform layouts based on optimal product positioning or according to the planogram
Build effective displays and strategically position displays
Apply merchandising programs using marketing and sales tools
Install promotional materials in sales locations (posters, displays, etc.)
Check warehouse inventories to ensure product availability
Perform any other tasks related
QUALIFICATIONS
College diploma (marketing, sales, merchandising)
1 to 3 years of experience in a similar position in the food industry
Experience in commodity product management and merchandising strategies
Knowledge of packaging/ingredient suppliers in the food industry, an asset
Proficiency with Office Suite tools
Bilingualism, both oral and written
Possess a Class 5 driver's license and a vehicle
Travel within Greater Montreal and the South Shore (North Shore, if necessary)
