Shift: Day shift, Monday to Friday (8 hours/day)

We are looking for an industrial mechanic specializing in hydraulics to join our dynamic team at our Quebec City branch. This position combines technical skills, customer service skills, and teamwork.

Your Responsibilities

• Assemble hydraulic, pneumatic, and industrial hoses according to customer specifications

• Provide technical support for hydraulic products in-store or at customer sites

• Provide exemplary customer service in person and by phone

• Ask the right questions to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions

• Participate in inventory management: parts sourcing, ordering, shipping/receiving

• Maintain a clean and safe workspace

• Travel to customer sites as needed for installations or maintenance

• Actively contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (DEP in industrial mechanics, an asset)

• Experience in industrial or hydraulic mechanics

• Good command of hand tools (saws, crimpers, cutting tools, etc.)

• Excellent customer service and good communication skills

• Rigor, attention to detail, and thoroughness

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs without assistance

• Physical stamina and good dexterity

• Valid driver's license (an asset for traveling to client sites)
