We are searching for Leasing Administrator to join our team.
The Leasing Administrator will be responsible for administration of all aspects of leasing related to our Quebec based multi residential portfolio. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in data processing, documentation management, and administrative accuracy within the property management or real estate industry.
Essential Duties:
- Enter all lease terms from signed leases and renewals prepared by leasing agent into property management system (Yardi)
- Ensure that property management software is updated daily for new leases, renewals, transfers, tenants on notice, move ins and move outs
- Review all leases for accuracy and completeness
- Maintain current resident files
- Process lease terminations, transfers, and related documentation
- Maintain accurate records of lease agreements, move-ins/move-outs, rent amounts, and unit availability
- Ensure all digital tenant files are complete, current, and compliant with company policies
- Coordinate with leasing and property management teams to ensure records align with operational needs
- Prepare reports as required for property management and accounting teams
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure data integrity at all times
- Support Accounting team with ad hoc reports and other projects as required.
Basic Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in administration, preferably leasing or property management administration
- Knowledge of accounting concepts including accounts receivable would be considered an asset
- Experience using Microsoft Office
- Experience using Yardi or other property management software
- Excellent attention to detail and organization skills
- Written and oral communication skills in French an asset
