SCHEDULE: 33.75 hours per week, DAY; MONDAY to FRIDAY - 08:30 to 16:30
WORKING MODE: Hybrid
WORK LOCATION: BML 2 CLSDS, 62 SAINT-FLORENT STREET Laval H7G 2H9
Under the authority of the immediate supervisor, you coordinate the various programs and activities under your responsibility such as day camps. In this capacity, you ensure optimal use of the human, material, and financial resources allocated to you. You consult and encourage the involvement of partners in the service offering.
- Hold a bachelor's degree in recreation, culture and tourism, cultural animation and research, or in any other relevant field;
- Have a minimum of two (2) years of relevant work experience;
- Demonstrate a strong interest in practices related to recreation and the development of living environments;
- Have significant experience in team management, planning, and coordination, including:
- management of supervisory staff;
- program development;
- training and recruitment of staff;
- Master the principles and tools of project management;
- Be able to create, develop, and maintain networks of partners.
