Key Account Manager
We are looking for a CEA Key Account Manager to complete our team! You will be responsible to work with Berger’s biggest or most important customers and future ones to build long-term, strategic partnerships. You will identify key CEA (leafy greens) prospects and develop action plan to grow these business opportunities. Are you ready to take up the challenge?


JOB SUMMARY:
• Ensure a pivotal role, working with many different teams (production, logistics, marketing, credit, etc.) in order to bring Berger to industry level regarding the agriculture market (both CEA and traditional agriculture);
• Develop and implement annual customer business action plan;
• Be the main point of contact for California customers;
• Nurture organic growth in existing customers;
• Keep informed on market trends, key players, systems and innovation and make forecast for the market;
• Be the lead internal Berger trainer on Agriculture markets.

QUALIFICATIONS :
• You have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Agriculture and market development;
• You have prior experience in sustainability;
• You have prior experience in Agriculture industry (an asset);
• You have intimate knowledge of market dynamics;
• You are willing and available to travel within California.
