A pivotal role in a great team

The successful candidate will contribute to the company's success by assuming the following responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead the trailer loading team.
• Ensure compliance with loading procedures and health and safety standards.
• Ensure proper use of equipment and resources.
• Maintain multiple data sources related to scheduled deliveries to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Actively collaborate with various departments such as customer service, planning, shipping, and carriers to promote effective coordination.
• Optimize delivery routes and loading order using the operating system, and complete shipping documentation.
• Monitor daily operations and resolve issues.
• Reconcile carrier invoices based on projected transportation costs.
• Work closely with the Customs Compliance Specialist to ensure proper export documentation for all shipments.
• Contribute to various logistics improvement and development projects.

 

On a day-to-day basis, she will work closely with colleagues who share the same goals of success:

• Michel, Supply Chain Director, collaborative and committed.

• You have significant experience in transportation administration or a DEC (college diploma) in transportation logistics;
• You are familiar with the Microsoft Office Suite;
• You are able to communicate in English;
• You have strong prioritization skills;
• You are methodical, organized, and performance-driven;
• You are able to build and maintain constructive professional relationships with various internal and external stakeholders;
• You remain in full control in stressful situations.
