🎯 Your role

Reporting to the general management team, you will act as the conductor of projects, from design to delivery.

🔧 Project Management

• Manage and coordinate construction and infrastructure projects from A to Z

• Establish schedules, monitor budgets, and optimize resources

• Act as a point of contact between clients, subcontractors, and internal teams

• Manage risks and propose effective corrective measures

• Ensure compliance with deadlines, quality standards, and costs

🧠 Technical expertise

• Validate technical solutions in civil engineering and supervise studies

• Carry out or supervise structural calculations, plans, and specifications

• Monitor field work and ensure regulatory compliance

• Participate in appraisals, diagnostics, and technical problem solving

👥 Leadership & Development

• Manage and motivate project teams

• Contribute to business development and customer relations

• Improve internal processes and share best practices

🧩 Required profile

🎓 Training & Experience

• Civil Engineering Diploma

• OIQ

• Minimum 10 years of experience in civil engineering project management

• Solid knowledge of construction and safety standards

🤝 Soft Skills

• Natural leadership and good communication skills

• Analytical mind, rigor, and autonomy

• Ability to manage priorities in a dynamic environment on the move

• Ease of collaborating with various stakeholders
