Agent immobilier à temps partiel (Part-Time Leasing Agent)

Your Role & Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome prospective residents and deliver engaging, professional property tours
• Negotiate and finalize lease agreements in collaboration with the Property Manager, while aligning with established policies, promotions, and service offerings
• Build strong relationships with prospects and follow up consistently to convert leads into successful rentals
• Prepare and complete all required leasing documentation with accuracy and attention to detail
• Support renewal requests and contribute to ongoing resident satisfaction
• Actively contribute to business development initiatives and propose innovative marketing and leasing strategies, with management approval
• Respond to inquiries regarding pricing, availability, and lease terms in a timely and customer-focused manner

Administrative & Support Responsibilities:

• Deliver an exceptional level of customer service at every stage of the leasing journey
• Maintain accurate records and prepare regular rental activity and performance reports
• Draft and manage correspondence related to leasing and resident communications
• Provide general administrative support and assist with additional tasks as needed to support the leasing office

Requirements:

• Degree in business or equivalent and/or a minimum of 3 years' experience as a leasing agent
• Experience with social media platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and the Internet
• Good knowledge of Yardi, is considered an asset.
• Work 3 days per week including weekends.
• Must be a team player with a proven ability to excel in a collaborative, dynamic environment
