Corporate Controller

Corporate Controller | Financial Accounting & Leadership

We are looking for a corporate controller to oversee financial accounting, mentor a team, and lead financial closures and projects across multiple entities.

Permanent position | Hybrid mode | 37.5 h/week

Your role, concretely

• Supervise monthly and annual financial closures for multiple entities
  

• Manage financial audits and act as the point of contact with external auditors
  

• Develop, document, and improve financial reporting procedures
  

• Ensure compliance with NCECF accounting standards
  

• Analyze performance indicators (KPI) and financial variances
  

• Lead the budgeting process, define assumptions, and integrate data into the consolidation tool
  

• Contribute to various financial projects and optimization of accounting practices
  

• Mentor, mobilize, and develop a team of up to 8 people
  

The desired profile

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or accounting
  

• CPA designation (strong asset)
  

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance
  

• Experience in a firm (desirable)
  

• Excellent mastery of NCECF accounting standards, taxation, auditing, and multi-entity environments
  

• Natural leadership, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities
  

• Functional mastery of English
