Corporate Controller | Financial Accounting & Leadership
We are looking for a corporate controller to oversee financial accounting, mentor a team, and lead financial closures and projects across multiple entities.
Permanent position | Hybrid mode | 37.5 h/week
Supervise monthly and annual financial closures for multiple entities
Manage financial audits and act as the point of contact with external auditors
Develop, document, and improve financial reporting procedures
Ensure compliance with NCECF accounting standards
Analyze performance indicators (KPI) and financial variances
Lead the budgeting process, define assumptions, and integrate data into the consolidation tool
Contribute to various financial projects and optimization of accounting practices
Mentor, mobilize, and develop a team of up to 8 people
Bachelor's degree in business administration or accounting
CPA designation (strong asset)
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance
Experience in a firm (desirable)
Excellent mastery of NCECF accounting standards, taxation, auditing, and multi-entity environments
Natural leadership, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities
Functional mastery of English
Strategic position in a structured and growing environment
