Responsibilities — key deliverables and expected impact
Define positioning and key messages to increase the visibility and credibility of the organization in its target markets.
Deploy internal and external communication plans, including oversight of the web and social media.
Ensure practice managers produce and disseminate content aligned with business priorities.
Drive rankings, directories, and awards, as well as the collection and highlighting of representative mandates.
Structure the editorial calendar, track KPIs, and adjust priorities to support marketing and business development objectives.
Implement and govern the CRM, including selection, implementation, and pipeline tracking.
Produce and guide strategic presentations and proposals, supported by market research, competitive intelligence, and sponsorship evaluation.
Profile sought — essential requirements and leadership style
Have 10+ years of relevant experience in communications, marketing, and business development.
Demonstrate essential B2B experience, ideally in professional services (legal services preferred).
Master writing and positioning to deliver high-caliber content and proposals.
Work in French (primary language) and use English to serve external clients and partners and prepare client-facing documents.
Exhibit judgment and discretion in a demanding and confidentiality-oriented environment.
Influence with business credibility and relational intelligence with high-level stakeholders.
Act with pragmatism, autonomy, collaboration, and strong execution capability in an evolving context.
