SALARY: Class 4 – from $44,245.23 to $68,069.59 / year

SCHEDULE:   33.00 hours per week, DAY; MONDAY to THURSDAY - 08:15 to 17:30 - A

WORKING MODE:   Hybrid

WORK LOCATION:   Human Resources Administration, 1200 CHOMEDEY BLVD Laval H7V 3Z3

 

The challenges that await you

Performs various tasks related to the processing of data necessary for the payroll of municipal employees, according to established standards and procedures. Carries out, within the limits of their responsibilities, various calculation and control operations to ensure compliance with collective agreements and working condition summaries.

The ideal profile for us
  • Professional studies diploma (DEP) in accounting or any other related training;
  • Minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience in payroll processing, ideally in a unionized environment;
  • Very good knowledge of the Office suite, particularly Excel;
  • Very good command of oral and written French;
  • Knowledge of the Kronos application will be considered an asset;
  • Membership in the Canadian Payroll Association will be considered an asset.

 

The ideal candidate will have a sense of responsibility, good organizational and prioritization skills. They will stand out for their autonomy, rigor, and good customer service.
