Join a human-sized organization in commercial construction, driven by several ongoing and upcoming projects. You will directly support the execution of files by ensuring tight follow-ups, impeccable documentation, and smooth information flow.
The position offers gradual progression towards more responsibilities in project management, depending on your autonomy.

Responsibilities — support execution and secure project follow-ups
- Orchestrate the follow-up of several project files in support of project managers, keeping an overview of progress.
- Prioritize deadlines, actions, and administrative elements to maintain execution pace and limit oversights.
- Structure project documentation (filing, updates, traceability) to ensure clear and accessible information for the team.
- Follow up with relevant stakeholders to advance pending points and reduce coordination delays.
- Streamline information flow between internal and external stakeholders to decrease errors and execution gaps.
- Resolve coordination issues daily by proposing concrete solutions and ensuring follow-up until closure.
- Gradually expand your scope towards project management responsibilities, depending on your level of autonomy.

Profile sought — requirements to perform from the first weeks
- Hold relevant initial experience in project coordination, in construction or a related environment.
- Have experience in commercial construction and interior design.
- Understand the general progression of a construction project and its key stages.
- Master work organization, priority management, and rigorous follow-up of multiple simultaneous files.
- Be comfortable with IT tools and administrative environments related to projects.
- Demonstrate autonomy and proactivity in a high workload context.
- Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with different stakeholders.
