The projects require coordinating customer requirements, technical preparation, procurement, manufacturing, and delivery and installation schedules. The project director will ensure an overview of these commitments and support the team in decisions that influence costs, deadlines, and profitability. Your mandate Lead and develop the team of project managers. Clarify responsibilities, distribute files, and support the resolution of technical, financial, and contractual issues. Manage the project portfolio. Monitor progress, forecast margins, and risks; intervene on deviations and determine priorities with the relevant teams. Improve coordination with operations. Link customer commitments, technical teams, manufacturing capacity, and delivery and site constraints. Structure common practices. Strengthen project initiation, planning, progress reviews, change management, and contract closure. Evolve tools and monitoring. Improve data reliability, dashboards, financial forecasts, and payment request tracking. Support the adoption of changes. Develop useful methods for project managers and contribute, according to priorities, to optimization initiatives with industrial partners. This responsibility includes a project management office (PMO) dimension, directly related to the needs of the teams and manufacturing realities.
