Talent Acquisition Intern

HLC Talent is looking for a motivated student to join our team for an autumn internship in talent acquisition and HR optimization. The intern will gain practical experience in recruitment, candidate sourcing, employer branding, and the responsible use of artificial intelligence in human resources. In collaboration with the HLC Talent team, the intern will support active recruitment mandates while exploring tools and strategies to make hiring processes more efficient and effective. Responsibilities Identify potential candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, databases, Boolean searches, and AI-assisted search tools. Review applications and help identify candidates who meet job requirements. Support candidate contact, interview coordination, and recruitment follow-up. Participate in the preparation of job postings, interview questions, and candidate profiles. of candidates and recruitment reports.

Build and organize candidate pools for current and future positions. Research AI tools that can support candidate sourcing, recruitment, onboarding, and other HR processes. Help identify opportunities to improve or automate repetitive recruitment tasks. Ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of candidate information. Support employer branding, social media, and other recruitment projects as needed.

Desired Profile
The ideal candidate is currently pursuing studies in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.

The student should possess:

• A Interest in recruitment and human resources
• Strong research, communication, and organizational skills.
• Good knowledge of LinkedIn and digital tools.
• Curiosity about artificial intelligence and its applications in HR.
• The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A strong sense of professionalism and respect for candidate confidentiality.
• Communication skills in French and English are considered an asset.
